Kerry Marie Personal Tutoring

Kerry Marie is an outstanding practitioner who challenges all children to strive for nothing but their best. Kerry has been teaching for the last four years in two well established Primary Schools. During her time at Curwen Primary School (London), Kerry taught in EYFS and in LKS2. In just two short years she was recognised for her highly effective practise and was promoted to the Mast Lead of Gifted and Talented across the school.

As Kerry approached her third year in teaching she felt it was time to move back to her roots in the Wigan area. She had gained an array of skills in teaching and leading within an outstanding school and wanted to bring this experience home. Kerry had no problem in gaining work immediately and found herself within the employment of Highfield St Matthew's (KS1 and KS2) within a month of moving back. Kerry's effective teaching qualities caught the eye of her colleagues and she gained a further lead role in delivering the expectations of Drama and Dance across the school as Drama/Dance Subject Lead.

Kerry has a creative flair and adapts her teaching style to the needs of the child. She believes in a hands on, practical approach to learning and has proven to make a consistent, strong impact upon all children's learning within her teaching journey.  Kerry Marie has a fantastic rapport with children and carries the child's best interests at the heart of her teaching to ensure the child embarks on a positive learning journey.
